Western Furniture Company
The Western Furniture Company was established in 1892 as a stock company. It employed 28 men and paid $8,000 in wages. In 1905, H. C. Canfield sold his shares of stock and contracted to work as managing salesman in control of the entire output of the factory. The American Furniture Company bought the business in 1951.
